• Facility Use Agreement
MISD Facilities is responsible for all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, roofing, pest control and grounds needs throughout the district. The department is continually updating training and licensing for technicians in order to better serve the students and staff of MISD.
Facilities and Maintenance staff works closely with all campus Principals and Administrators of the district to see that the daily maintenance and grounds needs are met. Maintenance staff perform not only preventative routine maintenance and grounds schedules, but also strives to respond to the immediate needs of all campus emergencies as soon as they occur.
MISD Facilities and Maintenance personnel are here to serve the students and staff of MISD in a courteous, professional manner.
